MISCELLANEOUS BANK CHALLANS

i). Students who passed out in Spring-2021, Fall-2021, Spring-2022, and Fall-2022 and have not yet been issued their final transcripts are not eligible to register until their final transcripts are issued. Students who have received their final transcripts but are facing registration issues may email at 9thconvocationuog@gmail.com
ii). The challan form also serves as the registration form; no separate registration form is required.
iii). Graduates who have not yet received their degree, will be issued on the day of rehearsal by the Degree Cell upon presentation of the original final transcript and CNIC and copies of both.
iv). The nominee of a gold medalist must bring an authority letter from the gold medalist. One guest is allowed for each gold medalist. The security form for both the nominee and guest must be submitted along with the registration form.
